Homeschooling High Schoolers – Discussion
January 25 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
INTERESTED IN HOMESCHOOLING YOUR TEEN?
Did you know that a number of local families choose to homeschool their children for high school? There are several resources in this area including a group directly supported by the Mother of God Community named the Mother of God Homeschool Ministry.
An information session on how to homeschool for high school will be held on Thursday, January 25th at 7:30 in the dining room of Goshen House (white building on campus). Ann Welch and Lisa Sharafinski, seasoned homeschool mothers, will lead a discussion to answer questions about homeschooling in high school. All are welcome, including veteran parents with advice and parents who have kids who might not be in high school for while.
Doors open at 7pm. Those who have never homeschooled before are encouraged to come at 7 for Intro to Home Schooling information. The discussion specific to Home Schooling in High School will begin at 7:30.
Please contact Lisa Sharafinski if you will be attending or if you have any questions: firstname.lastname@example.org
